Thank you for experiencing Blaque! When you open your package, you’ll notice that our charcoal is more tightly packed than the average charcoal cube (by 1/12th to be exact).
This is by design, to provide the most flavorful experience possible by giving you more control of the temperature. Typically, you’d experience a burning taste towards the middle/end of your session. Our charcoal is specifically designed to avoid that! Our charcoal will burn more evenly allowing you to have a smoother, more enjoyable experience!

Orders are shipped via priority mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days depending on your location. Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or holidays.
The address you provide at checkout will be submitted to USPS, so please double-check for accuracy. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses. In some instances, if an address is flagged as incorrect, a member of our customer service team will contact you via text (from a 972 area code) or email to confirm the correct address before shipping.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. Certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products) cannot be returned.
